Today my client whom purchased a unit at Paramount on the Bay received an Ipad at his orientation interview, I thought this was a really nice gesture from the people at Paramount specially because it was a surprise gift. Sales at Paramount Bay are going strong despite what many people thought, yes the price per square foot is higher than what most expected but compared to the nearby buildings you will see this building offers much more and the views from almost all units are amazing. For a building tour or current available inventory feel free to send me an email or give me a call.

Client gets an Ipad as a Thank you Gift from Paramount Condo
Tuesday, December 6th, 20113 bedroom Foreclosure listed @ One Miami Condominium for $376k
Tuesday, May 31st, 2011It has been quite a challenge to win a bid on a foreclosure property in the Brickell / Downtown area lately so I tell my clients assume the asking price is your starting price. This three bedroom unit just listed at One Miami Condominium in Downtown Miami will be one of those multiple bidding scenarios for sure. Why does this happen you wonder? Well it’s simple, it all comes down to demand vs inventory. Although there are numerous condos for sale in the area most of then are either short sales or priced much higher than what one would consider competitive. Buying a foreclosure means you are getting the best price in the market and closing on your property within a more or less normal time frame. So as I tell my clients, if you like it grab it, if you think about it for too long it will be gone and those that thought I was kidding later on came back to regret loosing it.

Downtown Miami & Biscayne corridor coming back to life…..
Monday, October 4th, 2010Even though most of these condo buildings in the Downtown/Biscayne corridor were finished in 2008 it seemed a bit like a ghost town back then….but things are slowly changing. With some Developers taking aggressive approach to sell-out the towers and new renters flocking to live in brand new luxury condos the area is showing signs of life and vitality. Although still many ground retails spaces remained unoccupied there are new leases coming in the works for next year. With heightened attention on this upcoming basketball season and the all star Miami Heat team, things are stirring up in Downtown. Fine dinning can now be found in Downtown, award winning Zuma restaurant open at Epic Hotel, and Amuse Restaurant and Lounge in Marquis and soon to open @ Marquis will be Miss Yip Restaurant. All the buzz is bringing new commercial investors to the area and soon the last few retail spaces available will most probably be rented to similar first class tenants. Although many are still skeptic about the Downtown transformation others believe the change is coming and will get here faster than imagined.
Some of the areas new Luxury High Rises include:
